EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED
I’m sure you’ve heard it before; our whole self is the sum of all our parts. What does that mean, though? It’s a simple answer with complex elements. If one part of your life is out of balance, the sum of your whole life will be too. Our personal drive makes us choose a focus, whether it’s fitness, career, family, fill in the blank, but the same drive that makes us excel often holds us back from being the best version of ourselves. As a health and nutrition coach, I can help you explore these challenges:
- Are you curious about the different nutrition trends, exercise styles, and stress management skills out there but don’t know which one is best for you or how to get started?
- Do you struggle to prioritize your day or focus on one task?
- Are you looking for ways to be more present in your life and enjoy daily moments instead of focusing on future happiness?
Being out of balance can cause frustration, guilt, shame…rinse, repeat. I can help you to learn long-lasting habits to achieve balance in your everyday life.
“Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.” – Marie Curie, Nobel Prize winner
MY PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF...

You often feel stressed, overwhelmed and turn to food for comfort.
Health Information Overload
You are looking for guidance to sort through all the health and wellness information you are bombarded with daily.
Self-Care
You find it difficult to set boundaries and take time for yourself each day – or you feel guilty when you do it.
Energy
You lack energy and need coffee to get going in the morning or keep you going through the day.
A little about me
Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). After years in the corporate and agency world, I took a leap and radically changed my career, overhauling my life’s path. This change was years in the making through education and devouring everything I could about health and wellness topics from leaders in the industry and practitioners I met. I was an evolving personal case study for nutrition, exercise programs, self-care, and all things health and wellness in between.
I pushed my body and mind to their limits in healthy and not-so-healthy ways for most of my life. I’ve learned how to manage stress, eat to fuel my body, recover from injuries, prioritize and focus, create healthy habits, and form life-changing relationships – but just as important, some of my experiments taught me what not to do. Sometimes you must stumble to grow.
I’m a “glass half full” kind of person, so I like to think every situation in our life may not feel like it made us a better person, but instead added to our glass of who we are as an individual, and we choose what we do with that new knowledge.
