One-on-one Personal training
If there’s one thing that we’ve learned over the past almost two years, flexibility is no longer a luxury; it’s a requirement. Even the best intentions can quickly take a backseat to what we see as the priorities for that day. And, unfortunately, self-care including exercise, is one of the first things to go. Understanding that being flexible fosters success, I’ve built my personal training programs around the individual.
Currently, I offer training sessions in-person depending on your proximity in Central Pennsylvania or via Zoom. You can’t get more flexible than that.
I start with an introductory session so we can get to know each other. Personal training is just that – personal. There’s a sense of vulnerability between a person and a trainer until trust is formed. My goal in the introductory session is to establish a baseline of your fitness level and determine the best plan to help you reach your fitness goals.
I specialize in building incremental strength, flexibility, mobility, and agility to avoid injury – no matter what your current fitness level is.
Packages
All sessions are 60-minutes and include warm-up and cool-down for injury prevention. Each session is prepared in advance based on your goals and feedback from our previous session. I will also provide you with a workout that you can do between our sessions to ensure you progress towards your goals.
One-on-One Training
- Introductory session & fitness assessment (45 minutes) – $70
- 1 Session (60 minutes) – $80
- 5 Sessions (60 minutes) – $75/session
- 10 Sessions (60 minutes) – $70/session
Sessions can be done via zoom or in-person, pending your preference and location in Central, Pa.
