Each program will explore and uncover imbalances connected to nutrition, physical activity (mindset and goals), career, relationships, and a sense of purpose. Throughout the program, individuals will be given personalized recommendations that will empower them to restore balance, release limiting beliefs and make long-lasting behavioral changes. 

Health & Nutrition Coaching

Personal Training

Benefits of working with me based on your fitness goals:

  • Identifying muscle imbalances to address or avoid injury
  • Determining the best types of exercises right for you (body composition and enjoyment)
  • Create workouts that address an existing injury to heal the issue while building strength and joint stability
  • Teaching the proper way to stretch to prevent injury, enhance joint mobility, have a better workout, and increase recovery
  • Provide new exercises based on your current level to get you to the next level of strength, endurance, and agility
  • Discuss the connection between nutrition and performance, and how to make small changes to see significant differences, regardless of your fitness level
